why do you want this position? Because WindClan is my favorite Clan and I enjoy seeing what new situations I can bring to a roleplay in a higher position. c:
how active can you be with this position? Very. It is possible for me to be on at least once every two days, most likely once a day.
your experience with this position I have played deputy on another site, which has sadly died. Apart from that not much, to be honest. (Sorry)

name Rowanstar.
name explanation Rowanstar's original warrior name was Rowanheart- Depicting his unfailing courage, along with his fierce determination
age 60 moons
gender Male
picture summaryappearance Rowanstar is a muscular tomcat, with a large frame. His imposing figure may seem dangerous, with its toned muscles and scarred fur, and you would be right. This is a cat that will use his strength to his advantage on the battlefield.
Rowanstar's pelt is a chocolate brown, unmarred except for deep inky-black stripes criss-crossing the base colour, and a pale pink battle scar that neatly parts his fur across both his shoulder blades. His fur is a little longer than usual, and has a tendency to soak up water like a sponge, explaining the deputy's dislike for rain.
Rowanstar has a broad, flat face. He has a few stripes there, but not so many as a normal tabby. They do, however, still mark out a black 'M' on his forehead. The most noticeable aspect of his facial features, however, is a ugly pinkish scar that runs in a crescent line, starting at about parallel to his nose, and lightly skimming the edge of his left eye. The eyes themselves are a pale green, not a particularly striking colour in itself. It is the wise, intelligent gaze that radiates from the tomcat's eyes that stops you in your tracks. His very body posture tells of quiet determination, and a self-confidence unmarred. His ears are of a normal size, maybe a little smaller than usual, but not too noticeable, and the right one has a small nick near the base. His tail is long, and bushy, banded with dark tiger stripes.
personality An outsider, looking in on the ThunderClan camp and catching sight of Rowanstar, would say immediately either 'Arrogant' or 'Confident'. Indeed, Rowanstar is far from a nervous or flighty character. His boldness often causes him, in some circumstances, to be seen as arrogant or rash, and he has a tendency to trust his gut feeling, to act and ask questions later. This can sometimes seem like he is acting on uncertainty or impatience, but luckily his instincts are usually right, and he has the talent of finding solutions when previously there were none. His lack of shyness or, indeed, fear, is a rousing figure in a rainy border patrol or a bloodstained battle.
If the intruder looked and listened a little longer, they may see a different side to the leader; a softer, kinder side, perhaps seen as a fat squirrel deposited next to a world-weary elder, a game of moss ball catch with a couple of rowdy kits, or a gentle word of praise to a despondent apprentice after a failed assessment. Rowanstar's life, due to absence of any family, now revolves around his Clan. In fact, he often regards them as his family, and treats them as such. He has, and would, put his life on the line for the Clan many times. It is an odd kind of loyalty, more love than duty.
But, if the spy dared set a foot in the camp, he would not be there long. Rowanstar's fierce anger and outrage at the trespasser would send him skidding out of the borders, with a few new scars to remember the leader by.
familyhistory When Rowankit was born, it had been an unusually warm day. He was the only kit in the litter, unusual, but not unheard of, and apart from that, noting was particularly unusual at the first glance. The little kit, however, was born into a broken family, before he had even opened his eyes. The tom grew up, unaware of the whispers surrounding his kithood of his father. He was only aware of his mother, and the small and enclosed world inside the nursery.
But that was all soon to change. He was made an apprentice, and suddenly he was painfully aware of the unwelcome, sometimes even fearful glances his Clanmates gave him. He made little friends; even his mentor disliked him for some unknown reason, always treating him disdainfully and ordering him difficult tasks; as if he was proving some point, that Rowanpaw couldn't keep up. Finally he confronted his mother, and she told him.
* * *
After learning the truth about his fathers shadowy past, Rowanpaw was outraged. How dare his Clanmates treat him as though he was his father, a rouge traitor, unwanted and unloved? But he strengthened his resolve, and worked harder than ever. Eventually, his Clanmates could no longer see him as his father was. He was given his name, Rowanheart, due to his unflinching loyalty to the Clan. The only time that loyalty was shaken was when his mother died, succumbing to the deadly disease known as greencough.
When Rowanheart heard the news, he felt like yowling his rage and grief to the top of the skies. His mother, the only family he had left, was dead. Despite the lie about her father, he still loved her and the knowledge that she was dead, gone forever, was almost too much to bear. He contemplated running away, to become a loner like his estranged father, but once again earned his warrior name by going back to the Clan and living there, working off his grief. It was not long before the deputy died in the thick of leaf-bare from another bout of greencough, and noting Rowanheart's hard work, the leader appointed him deputy, hoping that he would be a good one and further prove he belonged in the Clan. Finally, status as leader was acheived, and he still holds that position today.

Name: Bluetail
Name Explanation: As a kit/young apprentice, her fur took on a blue-ish tone (hence the 'Blue') and later in life, it became obvious she loved water and her appearance reflected the attributes of a blue, hence the 'tail' part.
Gender: Female
Age: 22 Moons
Clan: Riverclan
Rank: Warrior
Description: Bluetail is but a pale gray she-cat, commonly called silver, with delicate paws, a plume of a tail, and a slender body. Her eyes are a soft blue color, much like a summer sky at noon, and they are frequently clear and displaying her emotions freely. Her body is small, with long limbs, and she is sometimes known as 'pretty'. Despite the fact she seems almost breakable, the warrior has power hidden under her hide and makes up for her lack of brute strength with speed. Her pale silver coat is marked with slightly darker stripes, though all in all she's a light colored cat.
Summary: A small, pretty silver tabby she-cat with blue eyes.
Personality: Commonly gentle and understanding, Bluetail has always been a rational cat. Clever too, it's hard to hide a secret from her. She enjoys to have fun and sometimes plays with the apprentices as if she herself were still in training. As an apprentice she often tryed to take on more practice than she could handle, spending hours at a time working to perfect moves, and this habit continues on into her warrior days. She can be found either playing or hunting with little time for much else, but usually hunting. She has a certain connection to water some say, and she's always loved being around it. Bluetail is also a quiet cat, maybe with a comment here and there, maybe a quiet giggle now and then, but in general she's a cat of action rather than words, which is a pity because her words tend to be downright brilliant. Right to the point, right on the money, always seeming to say the right things. Though she's shy when it comes to speaking out -- and much of everything else actually -- which leads to her coming off as aloof when really she is just looking for the right time to step in. She is motherly towards kits, but exceptionally hostile and untrusting of outsiders, tending to keep herself to her own clan to which she is fiercely defensive of, maybe even overdefensive. Bluetail focuses on everyday warrior duties and shows no signs of longing for a mate or kits of her own.
Family: Roseflower, mother, deceased. Deweye, father, deceased. Dustpaw, brother, deceased.
History: Bluekit was, from the start, a very bubbly and playful kitten. She was her brother's shadow, and he led her everywhere, often getting her into trouble. Their father died when the kits were young so they don't remember much about him, but Bluekit was as close to her mother as any kit would be. She was merely average in every possible way. Her brother began to become dark, perhaps even sadistic, bullying Bluekit into doing things she didn't want to do and lying for him, often taking the blame without complaint. Being the little sister, Dustkit controlled her. One day, he forced her to poke at a fox trap (which she did) and the expected happened; she got her paw trapped in it. Dustkit lied, saying he had tries to stop her but she wouldn't listen but at last the adults saw sense, and knew Dustkit was lying. They punished him, but still Bluekit saw her brother become an apprentice first as she sat in the medicine cat's den healing. He was a few weeks ahead of her in training but she powerhoused past him, soon becoming a star pupil. Even though Dustpaw still influenced her, Bluepaw's mentor was a fine cat who tried to steer her in the right direction. He was impressed by how Bluepaw mastered moves and then craved more advanced ones; she was progressing much faster than expected though her paw still gave her some trouble. Dustpaw's antics remained fairly innocent until one day, when the two were playing near the river. It was almost the middle of leafbare and the river had a thin coating of ice on it, and Dustpaw dared Bluepaw to wander onto the ice. She declined, as the ice would not support her she knew, but he persisted. At last, enraged at her and trying to show her she was wrong, he walked onto the ice. Despite her best attempts, she couldn't save her much larger brother and he was unable to haul himself from the water. Unlike the sleek Bluepaw, he was a scruffy longhair and this weighed him down. He was swept away and his body found days later. Bluepaw was, of course, distraught but eager to continue training and unwilling to fall behind. She was quite a fine warrior and was named such with two good friends by her side, but since then their friendship has faded.

My reply:
I don't really understand this. How does her appearance reflect the attrbutes of a 'blue'?
Also, hated to be a pain, but your cat is taking on a couple of 'Mary-Sue'' attributes here. She is described as 'fragile, but apparently very strong, and 'makes up for her strength with speed'. Is she both strong and fast, or am I getting the wrong idea? Just a few more flaws in here might make it seem a little better. And what's all this about a connection to water? Please explain!
Just fix those things, and check through for mistakes (I think you missed out a comma somewhere) and you'll be a-okay!
role-play prompt respond to this prompt the way your character would in this situation. please be realistic here.
it is the time for a gathering. lately another clan has been trespassing and hunting on your territory. it's leaf bare and you know that throwing accusations at the clan could result in a war that is not good for the clan. but you also know that they should be punished. what do you say? Give them a subtle warning. Note in a Gathering that we are stronger than ever, and will not tolerate trespassers. Don't confront the leader outright, but let him know that you know. Increase border patrols if possible and keep an alert eye. Punish any intruders with all normal conditions.
